What is your return policy?

Return Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are available for eligible items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, shoes in shoe boxes) within 30 days (US) or 45 days (all other countries) of your order’s ship date.*Gift cards, underwear (tops and bottoms) without their original packaging, and items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Policy Details (US)
In-person returns at any of our stores or participating Return Bars are free. Mail-in returns incur a $7 shipping label fee, which is deducted from your refund once your return has been processed or waived if you opt for a store credit refund.Please note: Items that cannot be folded down smaller than 24″ x 24″ cannot be accepted as in-person returns at Return Bars and can only be returned by mail. Please let our support team know if you need assistance creating a mail-in return instead.First-Try Underwear Policy
You can return one article of underwear (top or bottom) without its original packaging, excluding items marked as Final Sale at purchase. We will only accept subsequent underwear returns in their original, unopened packaging. Swimwear, bodysuits, and bras are not included in our First-Try policy. Swimwear and bodysuits with hygienic liners can only be returned if the hygienic liner is still attached, excluding items marked as Final Sale at purchase.

Click here for more information about online returns outside of the US.Any applicable duties and taxes are refundable upon return only to customers in: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.For all other international countries, you may be able to apply to your local customs authority for a tax refund on any returned products. Please contact your customs authority for more information. 
Gift Returns
Gift recipients can contact us at support.everlane.com for assistance with a gift return. Please provide your gift recipient with the order number from your order confirmation email if they need to make a return.

*Our support team and stores that do not accept cash cannot process cash refunds and can only issue store credit. This also applies to mail-in and in-person returns made at Return Bars (US). Purchases made with cash are only refundable to store credit when returning by mail.
